Welcome!
Welcome!
I am an economist at Banca d'Italia in Rome and a PhD candidate in Economics at CEMFI in Madrid.
Prior to joining CEMFI, I obtained a bachelor and a master in economics from Bocconi University in Milan.
My research intersts are mostly linked to labor and urban economics and revolve around to two broad concepts:
how human beings collectively organize their productive efforts through the division of labor, setting up and managing organizations, assigning tasks, learning from each other and creating synergies within and between teams;
how labor markets allocate workers across firms, occupations, hierarchical roles and geographic locations to achieve such division of labor.
